Good weather, great turn out and a great scoring day today at North West, with a good news story to boot.

Winning the 2020 John Allen Trophy we have beginner golfer Alan McNally, winning on a break of tie with 44 points. Alan was persuaded by his playing partners to keep going with golf a few months back and that turned out to be great advice. Congratulations Alan.

Missing out on top spot on a break of tie but taking second place Neil Hirrell finds himself in the prizes once again. Birdies at the second and 18th helped Neils scorecard.

Continuing his great form, Luke Bradley recorded a 1 over par round to take the gross. Declan Rennick is back on the podium with a score of 42 points, while Michael Walsh steadied himself on to record 22 points to take the back 9 prize.

94 members took to the field and we would like to express our thanks for the great support in what are difficult times for all at the moment.
